- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although the staff her was very nice to us...Worst company ever! I am having so many problems with this company! They refuse to change my sons birthday in their system so every claim gets declined and are now going to collections. Yet when I call to try to get them to change it, they can't. Then last year I took my other son to the ER because he cut his hand open and needed stitches. When I got a ridiculous bill SWHP didn't pay anything because they said it wasn't their ER and that the other one was changing to much for the service provided-even though they should have paid with our plan. This year we drove almost an hour to get to a SWHP ER when we thought our daughter had an appendicitis. We got there they gave her something for pain talked to her a bit ruled out appendicitis without an exam or sonogram and sent her home. The bill I got after that was more than the one from the overpriced ER. And all of this goes on when I pay $1200 a month- yep a month!!
